What does Clarify do?
Clarify turns a set of emails (and optional supporting documents) into a structured report: summary, timeline, themes, notable evidence, contradictions, communication patterns, and follow-up questions.
Is this legal advice?
No. Clarify is a software tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For legal guidance, consult a licensed attorney.
What should I upload for the best result?
Upload the most complete set of relevant emails. Include key threads, attachments (if allowed), and any context that explains what happened, what you want to prove/understand, and what “success” looks like.
Can I upload additional documents?
Yes. You can add supporting documents on the context step. If you hit a file-size limit, reduce the file size or split the document.
How does Clarify handle privacy?
Clarify processes only what you provide to generate your report. We aim to delete uploaded files and generated outputs after delivery. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do you store my payment info?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Clarify does not store your full card number. We keep limited billing metadata required for receipts, fraud prevention, and accounting.
Can Clarify miss important details?
Yes. Automated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify key statements against the original emails and documents. If something looks off, treat it as a lead, not a conclusion.
What file types are supported?
The service supports standard document uploads provided by the web form. If a file fails to upload, try exporting it as PDF or splitting it.
How long does analysis take?
It depends on the number of emails and attachments. Larger cases take longer because analysis runs in stages. If a job is interrupted, the system can resume from saved artifacts.
